Lenovo has been on a role with its K3 Note phablet. It has been selling thousands of devices of the phone within seconds and on Wednesday in a flash sale the Chinese smartphone maker managed to sell 49,800 units of the phone in 8.2 seconds on e-retail website Flipkart.To be precise, the company sold 30,000 units of the black version of the phone in 4.3 seconds, while 19,800 units of the white model were sold within 3.9 seconds.Before the sale, Lenovo managed 4,61,863 registrations for the flash sale. Now, in the first two weeks Lenovo has managed more than a million registrations for the phone.The K3 Note is an interesting phone in India because it is the first smartphone in India to feature a 1080p full HD display under Rs 10,000. The device has a 5.5-inch screen, which converts to 401 pixels per inch.It is powered by the Mediatek MT6752 octa-core processor, which coupled with 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for memory expansion.The phone sports a 13-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.Apart from all these frills the dual-SIM smartphone offer 4G LTE connectivity and is one of the first smartphones in the market to pack in Dolby Atmos technology. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.Overall, it is a rather slim phone at 8mm and 150 grams.
